Rolex seeks an experienced Project Manager for complex building transformation initiatives in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead feasibility studies and infrastructure modernization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive site diagnostics, including technical, energy, regulatory, and functional assessments of existing facilities
  • Develop and recommend strategic renovation and transformation orientations aligned with environmental, economic, and operational objectives
  • Oversee and supervise feasibility studies covering technical, financial, environmental, and programmatic requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and animate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, architects, engineers, building specialists, and key business stakeholders
  • Prepare, refine, and validate contractual documentation, tender packages, and specifications for contractor selection and competitive bidding processes

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES) or technical diploma (ES) or equivalent professional experience in building systems or construction
  • Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience leading pre-study or building transformation and renovation projects
  • Civil engineering background or credentials (advantageous)
  • Demonstrated analytical capability and strategic thinking to identify and evaluate alternative project scenarios

Experience
