Rolex seeks a Project Manager in Bienne, Switzerland to lead mechanical division cross-functional initiatives and process improvement programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define project scope and objectives using SMART methodology, establishing key milestones and deliverables
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams on improvement and transformation initiatives
- Provide technical, organizational, and methodological support to divisional entities
- Implement solutions, document outcomes, and ensure sustainability of improvements
- Design and deliver training programmes aligned with identified project requirements
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project objectives and timeline commitments
- Serve as primary liaison with all contributors on process management governance
- Identify and propose optimization opportunities for processes and management tools
- Conduct analytical reviews across mechanical product lines
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from HES or EPFL, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and business analysis projects
- Proven ability to facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
- Understanding of operational excellence methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Proficiency with office software and data management tools
