Rolex Project Manager in Bienne, Switzerland – lead cross-functional industrial projects and coordinate multi-discipline teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to project objectives, deadlines, and allocated budgets
  • Guarantee consistency and alignment of projects with sectoral vision
  • Lead and federate multidisciplinary project teams toward common objectives
  • Present project progress and status updates to management and clients
  • Define and formalize project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop and monitor action plans with internal and external contributors
  • Facilitate steering committees and project review meetings
  • Prepare dashboards, regular reporting, and executive summaries for decision-makers
  • Identify project interdependencies and coordinate cross-departmental alignment
  • Support change management and guide impacted teams through project transitions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed project management experience
  • Project management certification (PMP, AGILE, PRINCE2) preferred
