Rolex SA seeks Project Manager in Bienne to lead complex projects across quality and sustainability initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects within the Project Management Office, overseeing diverse project typologies including legislative, sustainability, product, and facility initiatives
- Establish and monitor comprehensive project schedules with strict attention to deadline adherence, milestone passage, and associated deliverables
- Own project communications and reporting, ensuring transparency across all stakeholder groups
- Ensure compliance with Group procedures and processes, including risk management protocols, in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Galvanize cross-functional teams around shared objectives and foster a collaborative working environment
Qualifications
- Advanced professional diploma (HES Engineer, ES Technician, or equivalent)
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience managing complex projects in industrial settings
- Knowledge of watchmaking and horological product development (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership ability
- Analytical and synthetic thinking with attention to detail and objectivity

Confirmed experience of minimum 5 years in complex project management within industrial environments, preferably with knowledge of watchmaking and horology sectors.
Education
