Rolex seeks a Project Manager to lead mechanical watch assembly industrialization in Geneva. Engineering background required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze product definition files and co-develop assemblies with R&D to facilitate industrialization
- Define nomenclatures, assembly procedures, control methods, tooling, and production documentation
- Organize qualifications, monitor risks and budgets, track cycle times, and drive production ramp-up
- Pilot product modifications, oversee new equipment commissioning, and coordinate cross-functional actions with R&D, Quality, Production, and Procurement teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF/ETS/HES) in micromechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Confirmed industrial experience in mechanical watch assembly industrialization
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial project management from requirements definition through production launch
- Proven ability to drive projects and propose high-performance, innovative solutions
- Proficiency in SAP (ERP), Windchill (PLM), and Apriso (MES) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Experience
Confirmed industrial experience in the industrialization of mechanical watch assembly, combined with demonstrated expertise in managing industrial projects from design requirements through production implementation.
Education
Engineering degree from EPF, ETS, HES, or equivalent qualification in micromechanics or mechanical engineering.
