Rolex seeks Project Management Intern in Geneva, Switzerland to support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and infrastructure operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formalize and automate project management processes, updating associated templates and documentation
- Participate in designing training modules on project management methodologies
- Create and leverage project databases to track risks and capture lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodology by coordinating workgroup initiatives on identified themes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Management, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Autonomous work style with strong teamwork orientation
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated capacity for constructive suggestions
