Rolex Project Coordinator - Communications position in Geneva offering event management and cultural programming support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage cultural event calendars with meticulous tracking of ticketing, selected dates, and invitation distribution
- Coordinate international events on-site and remotely, ensuring seamless execution and weekend availability as required
- Source vendors and service providers, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and manage rooming lists and transfer arrangements
- Maintain and update guest lists and CRM databases to ensure accuracy and quality of relational data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or grande école
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English
