Rolex seeks motivated apprentice for Production Watchmaker role in Geneva with hands-on training in precision watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust movement components with precision and accuracy
- Perform calibration and regulatory adjustments on watch mechanisms
- Execute rigorous quality control inspections to verify watchmaking standards compliance
- Identify and correct defects in assembled timepieces
- Maintain meticulous documentation of assembly and testing procedures
- Adhere to all safety and workplace protocols within the production environment
