Role & Responsibilities
- Design an onboarding reference framework that defines the training pathway for new hires in the production workshop.
- Detail technical training curricula for the various workstations and roles within the production area.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to map processes, identify competency gaps and validate training content.
- Conduct immersion activities and interviews with shopfloor personnel to prioritise learning needs and project objectives.
- Propose pedagogical solutions aligned with identified needs and deploy appropriate training tools and media.
- Develop and implement training materials and support tools, then integrate participant feedback to iteratively improve modules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes by collecting metrics and qualitative feedback from participants and trainers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or an equivalent field.
- Knowledge of process engineering and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to translate shopfloor observations into training requirements.
- Rigorous, methodical and able to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to conduct structured interviews.
- Natural leadership and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
Enrollment in a Master's programme is required; previous internship experience in manufacturing, industrial training or process improvement is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree candidate (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent.
