Role & Responsibilities

  • Design an onboarding reference framework that defines the training pathway for new hires in the production workshop.
  • Detail technical training curricula for the various workstations and roles within the production area.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to map processes, identify competency gaps and validate training content.
  • Conduct immersion activities and interviews with shopfloor personnel to prioritise learning needs and project objectives.
  • Propose pedagogical solutions aligned with identified needs and deploy appropriate training tools and media.
  • Develop and implement training materials and support tools, then integrate participant feedback to iteratively improve modules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes by collecting metrics and qualitative feedback from participants and trainers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Knowledge of process engineering and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to translate shopfloor observations into training requirements.
  • Rigorous, methodical and able to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to conduct structured interviews.
  • Natural leadership and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
