Rolex seeks a Production Technician in Switzerland to coordinate and supervise production activities. Requires industrial experience and technical skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the optimal functioning and performance of production equipment while adhering to sector objectives.
  • Provide daily technical and quality support to workshop operations.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for the area, analyze risks, communicate them to the workshop, and monitor progress.
  • Manage tooling and consumables effectively.
  • Define and maintain up-to-date performance indicators.
  • Lead and facilitate various technical sessions.
  • Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
  • Analyze production data and ensure the accuracy of entries in the information system.
  • Verify the compliance of new tools and processes.
  • Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operational methods.

Qualifications

  • Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in the industrial sector.

Skills

Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc.). Strong data analysis capabilities. Team-oriented mindset, attentive and autonomous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous. SAP skills are a plus.

Experience

Initial experience in the industrial sector is required, with additional experience in watchmaking considered an advantage.

Education

Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
