Rolex Production Support Technician position in Geneva, Switzerland. Deploy operational methodologies across production workshops.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train internal users and support their skills development in the specific operational management approach
- Provide daily guidance on relevant production themes to field teams
- Ensure clear understanding of objectives and facilitate adoption of associated knowledge and tools
- Actively contribute to system administration and incident resolution
- Share information, best practices, and propose continuous improvement actions with the technical team
Qualifications
- Technician (ES), Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
