Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a production line for movement components (ébauches), ensuring achievement of safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Animate and pilot daily production activities, balancing output plans, resource allocation and KPI monitoring.
- Coach, support and develop front-line managers to secure operational performance and competency growth.
- Define, control and manage the production budget autonomously, driving cost efficiency.
- Drive a Lean culture focused on continuous improvement and waste reduction; implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
- Foster intrapreneurship and proactive problem-solving across the team to surface and execute operational improvements.
- Promote a high-performance environment via clear communication, trust-building and strong team cohesion.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management within an industrial or manufacturing context.
- Proven experience in industrialization, production operations or high-precision manufacturing.
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) or comparable technical qualification.
- Natural leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, decisiveness and a demonstrated capacity to propose and implement operational improvements.
- Intrapreneurial mindset with the ability to initiate and drive change.

Experience
Proven track record in management roles within production or industrialization environments, preferably in high-precision or regulated manufacturing sectors; demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver quality, cost and schedule objectives.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) or comparable technical qualification.
