Rolex internship in production process formalization in Geneva—map, document, and digitalize manufacturing workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map and document existing finishing process ranges and workflows in case manufacturing
- Create a decision-making flowchart representing current practices and organizational structures around finishing processes
- Develop a digital tool, such as an electronic form, to facilitate finishing process selection for production teams
- Support operations departments in adopting and utilizing the new tool through targeted communication and training sessions
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of computer macros or VBA programming (preferred)
- Proactive, autonomous, and approachable with a structured and collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree programme in Quality Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or Technical specialization, or equivalent qualification.
