Rolex Geneva: Production Process Facilitator (H/F) – deploy operational methodology across production workshops. Entry to mid-level opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train internal users and support their skill development in this specific operational methodology
- Conduct daily facilitation and engagement sessions on relevant themes with production teams
- Ensure clear understanding of objectives and foster ownership of associated knowledge and tools
- Actively contribute to system administration and incident resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices with colleagues and proposing enhancement actions
Qualifications
- Vocational technician diploma (ES), Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in production or quality assurance
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Strong initiative and proven analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Team collaboration skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong service orientation
