Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and validate master production schedules and monitor their execution.
  • Consider customer demand changes and the introduction of new products/processes.
  • Optimize economic efficiency of production resources, including inventory and capacity.
  • Identify potential deviations, assess their impacts, and propose corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication between production departments to ensure delivery objectives are met.
  • Ensure adherence to management processes to maintain quality and reliability of planning.
  • Manage projects related to reindustrialization and deindustrialization.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Production Logistics or equivalent education.
  • Experience in Planning/Supply Chain roles.

Skills

Proficiency in ERP systems and decision-making tools like Microsoft BI. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize information. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Analytical skills, priority management, and collaborative work ethic. Proactive, curious, rigorous, and autonomous. Strong listening skills and ability to propose solutions.

Experience

Experience in planning or supply chain roles is preferred.

Education

Engineering degree in Production Logistics or equivalent.
