Rolex seeks a Production Planning & Scheduling Manager in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland to manage manufacturing orders, capacity and on-time delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the launch of manufacturing orders for each article in accordance with the established plan and monitor completion to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform short-term capacity and load planning across production units in coordination with other planners and scheduling managers.
- Support the phased introduction of new products and processes in partnership with planners, project leads and production teams.
- Track and drive action plans across production interfaces to secure delivery objectives and maintain customer service levels.
- Identify and implement solutions to accelerate production flow and reduce lead times.
- Maintain and update master data and routinely monitor relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Engineer (HES) or Technician (ES) diploma in logistics, production or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain functions.
- Proficiency with an ERP system and familiarity with a decision-support / reporting tool.
- Excellent listening skills and clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical synthesis, proactive problem-solving aptitude and resilience under pressure.

Experience
Experience in production planning, ordonnancement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment is required; demonstrable exposure to coordinating production capacity and delivery commitments is expected.
Education
Engineer (HES) or Technician (ES) in logistics or production, or an equivalent technical qualification.
