Rolex Production Operations Technician in Geneva, Switzerland – coordinate manufacturing processes and lead continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal functioning and performance of production equipment in alignment with departmental objectives
  • Provide daily technical and quality support to workshop personnel during operational challenges
  • Act as technical liaison for the production zone, identify risks, communicate findings to workshop staff, and monitor mitigation efforts
  • Manage tooling inventory and consumable materials
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators
  • Lead and facilitate technical meetings and problem-solving sessions
  • Guarantee accuracy and reliability of workshop master data and procedural compliance
  • Analyze production data and verify information system data integrity
  • Verify conformance of new tools and processes to specification
  • Participate in new product qualification, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimization of operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification
  • First experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools (8D methodology, Pareto analysis, etc.)
  • Capacity for large-scale data analysis
  • Strong team orientation with listening skills and autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Watchmaking experience and project management knowledge (preferred)
  • SAP proficiency (preferred)

Experience
