Rolex seeks a Production Methods Technician in Geneva to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team with the evolution of departmental IT tools and systems
  • Train and guide operators through documentation changes and process updates
  • Ensure the robustness and long-term sustainability of manufacturing documentation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for products and processes
  • Lead and participate in technical and quality problem-resolution teams

Qualifications

  • Technician degree (ES) or equivalent in a technical discipline (mechanical, polymechanics, watchmaking, or related field)
  • Demonstrated experience as an industrial methods technician
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Monday and Microsoft Teams preferred
  • Strong teamwork orientation, proactive approach, and receptive listening skills
  • Effective priority management and organizational aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience
