Rolex seeks a Production Methods Technician in Geneva to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team with the evolution of departmental IT tools and systems
- Train and guide operators through documentation changes and process updates
- Ensure the robustness and long-term sustainability of manufacturing documentation throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for products and processes
- Lead and participate in technical and quality problem-resolution teams
Qualifications
- Technician degree (ES) or equivalent in a technical discipline (mechanical, polymechanics, watchmaking, or related field)
- Demonstrated experience as an industrial methods technician
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Monday and Microsoft Teams preferred
- Strong teamwork orientation, proactive approach, and receptive listening skills
- Effective priority management and organizational aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Skills
Experience
Experience as an industrial methods technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably within precision engineering or watchmaking sectors.
Education
Technician degree (Technicien ES) or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline such as mechanics, polymechanics, watchmaking, or related engineering fields.
