Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate watch case and accessory components using traditional and CNC machinery
- Interpret technical engineering drawings and prepare tooling and materials for production runs
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine operations to ensure consistent output
- Perform in-process and final quality control inspections on all manufactured components
- Maintain detailed production records and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
