Rolex Production Mechanic Apprentice position in Fribourg, Switzerland. Three-year CFC apprenticeship in haute horlogerie manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate precision watchmaking components and case parts using traditional and CNC machinery
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Prepare tooling, materials, and equipment for production runs
- Set up, calibrate, and monitor production machinery for accuracy and efficiency
- Perform quality control inspections on all manufactured parts
- Maintain equipment and workspace in accordance with manufacturing standards
- Document production processes and maintain production records

- Strong spatial reasoning and visualization abilities
- Logical, methodical, and organized approach to work
- Manual dexterity and precision-focused mindset
- Completion of compulsory education or equivalent
- Willingness to commit to a three-year apprenticeship program
