Role & Responsibilities
- Follow a structured apprenticeship programme to train as a production mechanic (CFC), combining on-the-job shopfloor experience with vocational school classes.
- Operate and learn to set up manual and CNC machine tools including milling and turning under supervision.
- Perform precision mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies to exacting tolerances.
- Read and apply technical drawings, specifications and work instructions in compliance with ISO-style standards.
- Carry out quality checks using metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) and document results according to procedures.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment, reporting issues to senior technicians.
- Adhere to workplace safety, housekeeping and regulatory requirements; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Completion of compulsory schooling or equivalent with strong performance in mathematics and technical/practical subjects.
