Role & Responsibilities

  • Follow a structured apprenticeship programme to train as a production mechanic (CFC), combining on-the-job shopfloor experience with vocational school classes.
  • Operate and learn to set up manual and CNC machine tools including milling and turning under supervision.
  • Perform precision mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies to exacting tolerances.
  • Read and apply technical drawings, specifications and work instructions in compliance with ISO-style standards.
  • Carry out quality checks using metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) and document results according to procedures.
