Rolex seeks a Production Improvement Intern in Geneva to drive operational excellence and manufacturing optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the scope, objectives, and success indicators for improvement projects
- Collect and validate data required for performance diagnostics and baseline measurement
- Analyze data and processes to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of action plans and monitor performance indicators to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, Lean, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of production management, Lean Management principles, and flow optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis with strong synthesis and reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated adaptability and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and clear, precise communication

Experience
Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor programme, with foundational knowledge of production and operational systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress in Engineering, Production Management, Lean Management, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis, or equivalent qualification.
