Rolex seeks a Production Best Practices Coordinator in Geneva, with an eventual transfer to Bulle, to support production teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train internal users and support their development of skills in the specific facilitation approach.
- Lead daily sessions on the relevant topics with shop-floor teams.
- Ensure teams understand the issues involved and adopt the associated knowledge and tools.
- Contribute to administration of the programme and resolution of incidents.
- Share information and best practices with colleagues, contribute to team dynamics, and propose continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Education as an ES-level technician, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Professional experience of at least 3–5 years in an industrial environment, preferably in a field close to production or quality.
- Strong command of IT tools, particularly SAP and Excel.
- Initiative, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Responsible, rigorous, organised, curious, and open-minded.

Experience
At least 3–5 years in an industrial environment, preferably in a field close to production or quality.
Education
ES-level technician qualification, bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
