Rolex seeks a Product Methods Technician in Geneva (Full‑time). Responsible for industrialization, BOMs and process transfer in Production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and industrialize manufacturing routings and bills of materials (BOMs) for new products.
  • Specify and maintain production process documentation and update process standards.
  • Centralize and implement product–process evolutions into series production.
  • Ensure availability and producibility of parts for after‑sales operations.
  • Establish and maintain the industrialization reference system and related documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of best practices for new product launches.
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Federal VET diploma (CFC) in micromechanics or watchmaking, complemented by a Higher Technical diploma (Technicien ES) or a Bachelor HES, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of watchmaking or precision manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to implement action plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to adapt style to audience and context.
  • Team spirit, proactivity, autonomy, initiative, curiosity and attentive listening.

Experience
