Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept through industrialisation and launch, ensuring alignment of R&D, design, production and supply-chain stakeholders.
- Define project plans, milestones, budgets and resource requirements; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and cost targets.
- Manage prototype development, testing programmes and validation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Drive supplier selection, qualification and performance management for components and subassemblies used in new product introductions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise manufacturability, assembly processes and product reliability.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in engineering, industrial design, horology or a closely related discipline; equivalent industry experience considered.
- Proven competence in structured project management methodologies and in delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary product projects.
- Solid understanding of precision manufacturing processes, prototyping and quality control in a watchmaking or high‑precision engineering environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and hierarchical levels.
- Fluency in business English; additional languages (e.g., French) advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
Several years of hands-on experience managing new product development projects, ideally within watchmaking, luxury goods or precision engineering environments; track record of delivering product launches on time and on budget.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, industrial design, horology, manufacturing or a related technical field; professional project-management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
