Role & Responsibilities
- Define equipment and infrastructure requirements for new production processes and scope associated investments.
- Evaluate technical feasibility by quantifying process control, product conformity, achievable volumes and cost targets.
- Develop and drive risk mitigation plans and manage industrialization schedules to meet launch deadlines.
- Industrialize and validate new products, ensuring transfer from prototype to stable series production.
- Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional project stakeholders (R&D, production, quality, suppliers) to ensure alignment.
- Prepare concise, data-driven reporting and present industrialization status to senior management.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, materials science or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in managing industrialization or process development projects within precision manufacturing.
- Strong technical competence in process capability assessment, risk analysis and control/monitoring plan design.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomous, methodical and organised with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical synthesis skills.

Experience
Proven experience leading industrial projects or process development in precision or micro-technology manufacturing; experience in watchmaking or related high-precision sectors is advantageous.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, materials science or equivalent.
