Rolex seeks a Process Mining Analyst Intern in Geneva to develop data-driven process optimization solutions for its Quality division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing databases and assess the relevance, quality, and usability of available data sources
  • Prepare, clean, and structure data to create exploitable event logs for process mining analysis
  • Apply process mining tools to identify anomalies, deviations, and recurring patterns in studied business processes
  • Develop and propose insights by correlating identified deviations with additional information sources, including artificial intelligence approaches

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Data Science, Robotics, or equivalent discipline
  • Proficiency in data analysis fundamentals and structured data processing
  • Working knowledge of Python and Dataiku platforms
  • Interest in process mining, process analysis, and familiarity with artificial intelligence or machine learning concepts
  • Ability to understand business processes and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking, intellectual rigor, and capacity for synthesis and clear communication of findings
