Rolex seeks a Process Improvement Project Manager for its Mechanical sector to lead improvement and transformation projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and advance management processes and tools. The role also provides technical and methodological support, develops training, and applies advanced statistical analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Scope projects by defining SMART objectives and establishing key milestones.
- Manage cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
- Facilitate and coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support implementation, document solutions, and ensure their sustainability.
- Provide technical, organisational, and methodological support to the sector’s entities.
- Design and deliver training related to identified projects.
- Communicate project progress.
- Ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications
