Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive industrialization of products and manufacturing processes for photolithography and electroforming operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process rationalization and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, yield and efficiency.
  • Develop, deploy and report on improvement plans, including KPI definition and progress tracking.
  • Document and formalize industrial know‑how, work instructions and process specifications.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to production workshops, troubleshooting process issues and ensuring transfer to series production.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Confirmed experience in industrialization of photolithography and electroforming processes within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to define and monitor improvement plans and operational reporting.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working closely with production ateliers.

Experience

Confirmed, hands‑on experience in the industrialization of photolithography and electroforming processes in an industrial environment, including implementation of continuous improvement projects and cross‑functional production support.

Engineering degree (B.Eng., M.Eng., MSc) in a relevant field, or equivalent professional qualification.
