Rolex Geneva Press Relations Coordinator role coordinating PR operations, media relations, and communications projects globally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate press relations operations and events, from project preparation through impact analysis
- Support PR project deployment in coordination with internal teams, subsidiaries, markets, and external agencies
- Accompany subsidiaries and markets in implementing their PR activities
- Monitor operational needs and contribute to process efficiency
- Input, structure, and maintain data and files on internal sharing platforms (CRM, Monday, Workfront)
- Track and monitor data related to PR activations and press coverage
- Consolidate reports and harmonize data across regions
- Produce thematic reports and syntheses to highlight completed actions and identify key trends
- Organize media monitoring activities and track press coverage
- Contribute to the development of press releases and other communication materials
- Handle daily press inquiries and coordinate photo shoots
- Manage relationships with press contacts
- Contribute to budget tracking for PR activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent field
- Experience in an international and demanding environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and data management/reporting tools
- Understanding of communication strategy, press relations, and media operations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Team player with flexibility, dynamism, and proactive mindset
- Strong stress management and ability to handle high workload
Skills
Experience
Experience in an international and demanding environment, preferably within luxury brands or premium sectors with exposure to press relations and communications coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent field.
