Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up Swiss‑type automatic lathes and precision turning equipment to manufacture small, high‑tolerance components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production dossiers to achieve specified dimensions and surface finishes.
- Perform tool changes, offsets and basic CNC parameter adjustments; execute first‑piece checks and in‑process inspection.
- Conduct dimensional control using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and optical measurement devices; document results.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications
