Rolex seeks experienced Injection Molding Operator in Geneva to fabricate ceramic watch components on precision injection presses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate injection presses to manufacture ceramic watch components and discs with precision and consistency
- Manage series changeovers, machine calibration, and production monitoring autonomously across multiple injection stations
- Condition and package ceramic watch components, including embedding and de-embedding operations
- Operate semi-automatic coloring machines for ceramic disc finishing
- Load and unload thermal treatment furnaces for ceramic component processing
- Maintain production standards and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- CFC or equivalent qualification in injection molding
- Mandatory significant experience in injection molding operations
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team cohesion
- Proficiency in machine setup, changeover procedures, and production control
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Skills
Experience
Significant mandatory experience in injection molding operations, preferably within watchmaking or precision manufacturing environments. The candidate must demonstrate mastery of multi-station production workflows and autonomous problem-solving capabilities.
Education
