Rolex Bienne apprenticeship in polymechanics: CNC machining, precision engineering, technical drawing, and manufacturing of mechanical components.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manufacture mechanical parts, tools, and fixtures using conventional machinery and CNC-controlled equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and establish machining procedures for complex components
- Operate industrial design software for programming support and technical visualization
- Execute precision machining work with attention to detail and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues on order processing, project tracking, and solution development
- Prepare technical documentation and engineering records
- Develop proficiency in handling advanced industrial equipment
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and physics
- Proficiency in technical drawing and spatial reasoning
- Logical and methodical problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral proficiency in French
- Demonstrated interest in metalworking and precision engineering
