Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform polishing, satin-finishing, brightening and other surface finishing operations on watch cases and horological components
  • Execute finishing work autonomously and reliably, adhering to aesthetic, dimensional, and productivity standards
  • Maintain quality control throughout all finishing processes and inspect completed work against client specifications
  • Develop proficiency in hand-polishing techniques and metalworking operations under instructor guidance
