Role & Responsibilities
- Perform polishing, satin-finishing, brightening and other surface finishing operations on watch cases and horological components
- Execute finishing work autonomously and reliably, adhering to aesthetic, dimensional, and productivity standards
- Maintain quality control throughout all finishing processes and inspect completed work against client specifications
- Develop proficiency in hand-polishing techniques and metalworking operations under instructor guidance
- Contribute to the production environment while respecting health, safety, and workplace protocols
