Role & Responsibilities
- Perform a range of finishing operations on watch components — polishing, satin finishing, burnishing (avivage) — to achieve the aesthetic and dimensional standards specified by the client.
- Work autonomously and reliably on assigned parts while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Inspect surfaces continuously and apply corrective micro‑work to ensure flawless finishes.
- Prepare, maintain and adapt hand tools and micro‑abrasive media; ensure workstations are clean and compliant with safety and quality protocols.
- Participate actively in formal apprenticeship training under the supervision of experienced instructors and progressively assume greater technical responsibilities.
- Document production tasks and escalate discrepancies to supervisors to support traceability and continuous improvement.
