Rolex — Geneva: PMO Project Manager (full‑time). Permanent role to support and govern a portfolio of cross‑departmental projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and enforce PMO methodology and project management techniques across a portfolio of projects.
- Validate project readiness prior to execution and ensure Sponsor approval of project plans.
- Establish, monitor and report project KPIs (scope, cost, schedule, risks, communications, resources).
- Maintain consolidated schedules, define and track the critical path and key milestones.
- Ensure ownership of required deliverables and coordinate stakeholders from project launch onward.
- Coordinate project team activities and manage project reporting and communications.
- Escalate deviations beyond tolerance to steering committees and executive committees and present alternative corrective actions.
- Prepare and co‑chair steering (COPIL) and executive (CODIR) meetings; document and archive meeting outcomes.
- Conduct post‑project reviews and record lessons learned; provide coaching and advisory support to project owners.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation, documentation management and team engagement throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of proven experience managing cross‑departmental projects.
- Project management certification required (PMP, PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
- Deep familiarity with current project management practices and tools.
- Strong planning and organisational capability with attention to governance and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional interpersonal skills: diplomacy, assertiveness and flexibility when interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Experience
At least five years of successful, hands‑on experience leading and supporting inter‑departmental projects within a matrix organisation, including governance, stakeholder management and consolidated scheduling.
Education
University degree preferred.
