Rolex in Geneva seeks a PLM Business Analyst (Graduate Program) — 24-month rotational role in Information Systems focused on PTC Windchill and industrial systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational graduate programme composed of four six-month assignments tied to strategic industrial systems and PLM projects.
- Contribute to the PLM tools ecosystem — notably PTC Windchill — and ensure integration with other industrial systems such as ERP, MES and CFAO.
- Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders (R&D, industrialisation, production, after‑sales) to gather requirements, propose adapted solutions and translate needs into functional specifications.
- Support implementation activities, testing, and the validation of system changes within industrial environments.
- Work under the mentoring of experienced information systems professionals to accelerate technical and domain development.
Qualifications
- Recent university graduate from an EPF, HES or equivalent in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Prior internship or professional experience within an enterprise environment; exposure to industrial IT or PLM-related projects is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, rigour and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage projects, communicate persuasively with stakeholders and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
