Rolex seeks a PLM & Industrial Data Specialist in Geneva to manage product lifecycle and manufacturing data systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal utilisation and accuracy of industrialisation master data, including product definitions and process routings within the PLM system
  • Support the industrialisation team in creation and modification of process and product data
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of the PLM-ERP-MES information architecture
  • Champion PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) methodology deployment and adoption across the organisation
  • Serve as first-level PLM system administrator, managing user access and system configurations
  • Create and modify PLM data structures, workflows, and business rules
  • Establish and oversee master data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
  • Provide process documentation, best practices, and data management guidelines to business users
  • Deliver user training and coaching to ensure effective system adoption and data quality
  • Define and optimise PLM data models and integration points with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Champion business evolution requirements and escalate improvement requests to the IT department and other manufacturing sites

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification in engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in PLM data management and industrial manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of PLM-MES-ERP system architectures and integration
  • Advanced knowledge of PLM solutions, specifically Windchill
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP
  • Demonstrated business analysis and project management capabilities
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical focus
  • Ability to animate cross-functional teams and formalise processes and documentation
  • Strong synthesising and communication skills
  • Pedagogical mindset with aptitude for knowledge transfer and user training
