Rolex in Geneva seeks a Platform Delivery Manager to lead digital platform delivery, vendor management and cross-functional IT projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the platform roadmap, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure on-time, on-budget releases that meet agreed business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement platform features, integrations and technical improvements while enforcing quality gates and operational SLAs.
  • Define delivery plans, manage dependencies, prioritise backlog items and monitor KPIs to track progress and value realisation.
  • Act as primary interface between IT, product stakeholders and business units; translate business requirements into pragmatic delivery increments.
  • Manage risks, escalate critical issues, and implement mitigation strategies to preserve project scope, schedule and quality.
  • Oversee change control, release management and post-release validation; ensure incident response and operational readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices (Agile/Scrum/Kanban), tooling and automation to increase velocity and reliability.
  • Control delivery budget and resource allocation; perform vendor selection, contract follow-up and commercial governance where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certification in project or delivery management (PMP, Prince2, CSM or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership capability with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
  • Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery frameworks and modern release practices.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, contracts and SLAs in a multi-vendor environment.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent; relevant postgraduate qualification or delivery certifications preferred.
