Rolex in Geneva seeks a Platform Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of digital platform evolutions (Platform Delivery Manager).
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital platform evolutions within scope, from requirements scoping to solution implementation and handover.
- Collect, analyse and challenge business needs, translating them into structured, prioritised and coherent evolutionary roadmaps.
- Structure, prioritise and monitor ongoing changes to ensure readable, controlled delivery aligned with strategic perimeter objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and maintain the level of follow-up required to progress workstreams effectively.
- Identify dependencies, risks and blockers and implement mitigation actions to secure timely and reliable deliveries.
- Ensure the quality and appropriate validation of delivered changes and maintain the overall reliability of the platform perimeter.
- Assess impacts on the existing application landscape and guarantee coherence of interactions between applications, services and interfaces.
- Manage the lifecycle of solutions with a focus on maintainability, robustness, durability and service quality.
- Identify improvement axes to enhance operational performance, delivery flow and overall platform governance.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing technical projects or digital solutions, preferably on brand-critical or high-image platforms.
- Native-level French with a good command of English.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple internal interlocutors and external partners across cross-functional, dependent and high-stakes topics.
- Strong understanding of application architectures, frameworks, APIs, cloud environments and integration challenges to effectively challenge technical choices.
- Ability to combine strategic vision and operational management while maintaining rigorous follow-up of evolutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigour, prioritisation and initiative; high autonomy in solution-finding.

Experience
At least 6 years' experience piloting technical projects or digital solutions, ideally on platforms with significant brand or customer-facing impact.
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
