Rolex SA seeks PIM Functional Manager in Geneva, Switzerland to lead Akeneo platform evolution and product data governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of PIM projects including scoping, functional design, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Facilitate business workshops, gather user requirements, challenge requests constructively, and formalize them as comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Model product data structures within Akeneo PIM including families, attributes, categories, channels, locales, enrichment rules, and workflows
- Define, execute, and document functional test cases prior to solution delivery to end users
- Collaborate with QA and technical teams to establish automated regression testing protocols where appropriate
- Coordinate development resources, platform maintenance teams, integration specialists, and data migration personnel
- Provide Level 2 functional support to platform users and stakeholders
- Track incidents, defects, and enhancement requests through resolution with vendors, integrators, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product data quality and enrichment processes
- Develop functional documentation and support end-user training activities
Qualifications
- University degree, HES engineering school, EPFL, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in PIM, product referential management, e-commerce, or data management functions
- Expert-level hands-on experience administering Akeneo PIM including data modeling, family management, attribute configuration, channel management, import/export processes, user permissions, and enrichment workflows
- Strong understanding of data flows between PIM, ERP, MDM, PLM, DAM, and related platforms
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured functional specifications
- Experience executing functional testing, integration testing, and defect tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, IT, vendor, and integrator communities
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with rigorous organizational discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or French

Experience
Confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally within PIM, product referential management, e-commerce, or data management contexts. Hands-on expertise administering Akeneo PIM is essential, including deep knowledge of data modeling, family and attribute management, channel configuration, import/export workflows, user permission structures, and enrichment rule creation.
Education
