Rolex in Geneva seeks an Organizational Analyst to drive organisation design, process optimisation and change initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and map current organisational structures, roles and end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design pragmatic organisation models and role profiles aligned with business strategy and operational constraints.
- Develop and quantify business cases, KPIs and implementation roadmaps to support proposed organisational changes.
- Partner with HR, operations and senior stakeholders to translate design into change plans and governance frameworks.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate findings, secure buy-in and co-create new operating practices.
- Support programme delivery by coordinating pilots, tracking milestones and reporting progress to leadership.
- Produce clear, executive-quality presentations and analytical deliverables to summarise diagnostics and recommendations.
- Maintain and update organisational charts, RACI matrices and documentation to ensure clarity of accountabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to translate qualitative diagnostics into measurable design options and implementation plans.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and facilitation skills with senior leaders across functions.
- Strong analytical capability, including comfort with quantitative data, KPI definition and business-case development.
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and delivering to tight deadlines in complex environments.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in organisational design, management consulting, HR transformation or process improvement; experience within manufacturing, luxury goods or premium services is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
