Rolex seeks an Operations Technician in Geneva to manage automated equipment maintenance and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper functioning, operational oversight, and first-level maintenance of automated equipment used for storage, preparation, and packaging of watchmaking components
- Guarantee equipment availability and contribute to operational performance by supporting field teams
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Manage stock levels and communicate replenishment needs as required
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machinery malfunctions; perform adjustments as necessary
- Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to their training and development
Qualifications
- CFC and/or Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanics or microtechnics
- Maintenance experience desired
- Knowledge of automated storage equipment preferred
- Proficiency with IT systems for activity management (ERP, logistics software tools) and MS Office
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Maintenance experience desired; preferred background in automated warehouse systems or component logistics.
Education
CFC (Federal Vocational Diploma) and/or Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanics or microtechnics.
