Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational performance monitoring and service delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead incident resolution and troubleshooting activities across logistics operations
- Coordinate projects related to logistic equipment evolution and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
