Role & Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and optimise production equipment in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose equipment faults using systematic troubleshooting methods and execute rapid, safe repairs.
- Support machine installations, changeovers and set-ups to guarantee process repeatability and product quality.
- Document maintenance activities, generate failure reports and contribute to root‑cause analyses (8D/RCFA) and CAPAs.
- Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, SMED, 5S, kaizen) to increase equipment availability and efficiency.
- Liaise with engineering, production and logistics teams to manage spare parts, upgrades and technical modifications.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a tidy, audit‑ready work environment.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (e.g., vocational certificate, BTS, HND) in mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics or equivalent.
- Proven competence in mechanical and electrical maintenance; certification in industrial electricity or PLC diagnostics is an asset.
- Experience with structured troubleshooting and maintenance documentation (RCFA/8D).
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Willingness to work shifts and participate in on‑call rotation when required.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in precision manufacturing, watchmaking, micro‑mechanics or industrial equipment maintenance, with demonstrable results in reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
Education
Technical diploma or equivalent vocational certification in mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics or related discipline.
