Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers, setting clear objectives and communicating the unit’s strategic vision.
  • Coach and develop managers and their teams to reach targets and expand competencies.
  • Establish and enforce formal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality assembly operations.
  • Define and drive the operational strategy in alignment with executive direction, balancing daily operations and project delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and promote interdepartmental cooperation to achieve common objectives.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production planning and performance optimisation.
  • Oversee audits related to environmental and social impacts and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
