Rolex seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Officer in Geneva to manage ergonomics and workplace safety initiatives across production facilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct ergonomic observations and analyses of workstations across production, assembly, quality control, logistics, maintenance, and administrative functions
- Identify musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risk factors, constrained postures, manual handling hazards, visual strain, and precision work constraints
- Propose, coordinate, and monitor ergonomic improvement measures while balancing quality, productivity, safety, and confidentiality requirements in an industrial environment
- Participate in the design and transformation of workstations in collaboration with Production, Methods, Industrialization, Maintenance, Quality, and Infrastructure teams
- Serve as operational liaison with external ergonomics experts, coordinating interventions, transmitting necessary documentation, scheduling site visits, and overseeing implementation of recommendations
- Deliver awareness campaigns and training sessions on workplace ergonomics and MSD prevention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (HES) or equivalent qualification
- Confirmed experience of more than 3 years in ergonomics, MSD prevention, or occupational rehabilitation within an industrial setting
- Expertise in activity analysis methodologies and ergonomic workplace assessment
- Knowledge of biomechanics, manual handling, postural constraints, and occupational risk prevention
- Advanced project management capabilities with ability to mobilize field personnel and support functions
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigor, autonomy, and excellent synthesis abilities
- Professional mobility across multiple sites

Experience
Confirmed experience of more than 3 years in ergonomics, occupational rehabilitation, or MSD prevention in an industrial environment, ideally within microtechnics, watchmaking, electronics, medical devices, or precision manufacturing sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (HES) or equivalent qualification. Complementary training in ergonomics or occupational safety is an asset.
