Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization and introduction of new watch products and assemblies into series production, ensuring conformity with contractual cost, quality and timing targets.
- Define and drive project scenarios, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align stakeholders across functions on project milestones.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and consolidate budgets, tracking progress against key performance indicators.
- Conduct risk analyses and steer mitigation plans to remove obstacles to industrialisation and ramp-up.
- Challenge and optimise contributions from site project actors to secure delivery and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure transparent project communication to operational teams and senior management.
- Capture lessons learned and formalise best practices to harmonise industrialisation methods across projects.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES/EPF) with a mechanical orientation or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional industrial projects with high added value, preferably in large-series manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of product and process industrialization principles and constraints in high-volume watch or precision-manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and federate stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Excellent synthesis skills and clear, efficient communication.
- Results-oriented mindset, commitment to operational excellence, diplomacy and strong team spirit.
- Good stress management and the capacity to perform under demanding delivery schedules.
Experience
Confirmed track record in managing industrialization projects across functions, delivering on cost, quality and schedule targets in a high-volume manufacturing context.
Education
Engineering degree (HES/EPF) in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical diploma.
