  • Capture lessons learned and formalise harmonised best practices to improve future industrialisation cycles.

Qualifications

  • University degree or engineering diploma (EPF/HES) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing industrial projects with multidisciplinary teams, preferably within precision manufacturing or watchmaking.
  • Demonstrated rigor, analytical synthesis and clear, efficient communication.
  • Natural leadership with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams and drive results.
