Rolex Production Planner position in Geneva, Switzerland—drive new product availability through strategic supply chain coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans for new products
- Translate demand requirements into manufacturing schedules
- Identify capacity-related risks and propose mitigation scenarios
- Monitor key performance indicators including plan adherence, service levels, and capacity utilization
- Participate in planning reviews including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Production Detail Planning (PDP)
- Coordinate internally across Production, Procurement, Logistics, Methods, Quality, and Industrialization teams
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or equivalent field from HES, EPF, or recognized university
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
- Strong foundation in industrial planning principles and Supply Chain management
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and advanced Excel capabilities
- Data analysis skills with ability to make decisions based on performance indicators
- Clear understanding of production capacity and procurement constraints
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong stress management and resilience in dynamic environments

Experience
2 to 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or equivalent discipline from HES, EPF, or recognized university
