Rolex Production Planner position in Geneva, Switzerland—drive new product availability through strategic supply chain coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production plans for new products
  • Translate demand requirements into manufacturing schedules
  • Identify capacity-related risks and propose mitigation scenarios
  • Monitor key performance indicators including plan adherence, service levels, and capacity utilization
  • Participate in planning reviews including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Production Detail Planning (PDP)
  • Coordinate internally across Production, Procurement, Logistics, Methods, Quality, and Industrialization teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or equivalent field from HES, EPF, or recognized university
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
  • Strong foundation in industrial planning principles and Supply Chain management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Data analysis skills with ability to make decisions based on performance indicators
  • Clear understanding of production capacity and procurement constraints
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong stress management and resilience in dynamic environments
